🔭

Our Vision

A future where South India's Aluminium, Glass & PVC fabrication industry is recognised for its quality, innovation, and the welfare of all its stakeholders. We envision a level playing field where small and large enterprises grow together.

ALCA aims to be the most trusted trade union and industry body for Kerala's fabrication sector — connecting workers, traders, and manufacturers under one roof.

Our Journey

A Legacy Built Over a Decade

From a small association of fabrication workers to a registered trade union representing thousands of industry stakeholders across Kerala.

2015 — Founding

The Birth of ALCA

The Aluminium Labour Contract Association was formally established on 12th October 2015, bringing together traders, contractors, and fabricators in Kerala's Aluminium, PVC & Glass industry under a single, independent trade union. Registered under the Trade Unions Act, ALCA set out to uplift the fabrication community and create a unified industry voice.

2017 — 1st State Conference

Thrissur State Conference

ALCA held its first State Public Conference in Thrissur, bringing together fabricators, contractors, and industry stakeholders from across Kerala. The conference was a landmark moment, laying the foundation for ALCA's role as a major industry body and establishing key positions on worker welfare and industry development.

2022 — 2nd State Conference

Calicut (Kozhikode) State Conference

The second State Public Conference held in Calicut was another significant milestone. With growing membership and expanded reach across Kerala's districts, the conference reinforced ALCA's commitment to uplifting the Aluminium, PVC & Glass fabrication industry and strengthening its community of traders, fabricators, and contractors.

2025 — 3rd State Conference & ALCA EXPO

South India's Largest Fabrication Exhibition

ALCA organised its landmark ALCA EXPO 2025 at Jawaharlal Nehru International Stadium Exhibition Ground, Kochi on 27–28 April 2025 — South India's largest exhibition in the Aluminium, Glass & PVC fabrication industry. Held as part of the 3rd State Public Conference, the expo brought together manufacturers, traders, fabricators, contractors, architects, and industry professionals to showcase products, innovations, and services under one roof.
